Fursuits
Fursuits are meant to spot cleaned with a damp rag and the soap or cleaner of your choosing. However, do not use bleach or other cleaners that are known to remove color. As with any item, it is a good idea to test cleaners on an inconspicuous place first. The fur itself is polyester. We personally use a watered down mixture of laundry detergent cleaner like Shout or a tiny bit of Dawn dishsoap.
Each item is custom made with great care. The chance of someone wearing the item for one event and then returning it damaged or not, is too great. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We try very hard to describe the item precisely as well as provide video and photographs of each detail so that you may know exactly what you are getting.
The only features that might be damaged in a hot car is hotglue, and the fur fibers. The manufacturers website says to store below 130 degrees. This is the internal car temperature you’d want to avoid such as a summer day in the southern United States. If this should happen to you, our recommendation is to simply be very careful moving pieces so that no shifting occurs.
The fursuits may contain but may not be limited to: polyester & acrylic fibers, rayon, cotton, acrylic paint, performance nylon, spandex, polyfill, polymer clay and hot glue. There are also two adorable cats in the home who likely have wandered across the fursuit in the making.
