~Returns~

We don’t offer Returns or Exchanges on Fursuits since allowing Returns could so easily be subjected to abuse. For instance, wearing it once to a party then returning it. Know that we will gladly answer any questions you have about sizing and will take pictures as it goes into the box so there’s documentation of any damages that occur during shipping. We’ve never had that happen, though!

~How To Purchase~

As of October 12, 2022 we are trying to work out with Etsy how to process Payments. As I’m a minor, they no longer allow payments to go to my parents accounts and will not allow us to have a bank account in the name of a minor. We’re really stuck! If you know how to fix this problem, please do tell! We’d rather do business through Etsy because of the great marketing and traffic; but, we’re really perplexed about the new rules!
